Penetration

In the space between the motions
You enter
Triumphantly,
Parading the wisdom of your blue experience
Through the annals of my consciousness.

You penetrate me like the peaceful exhilaration
A summer's ocean breeze provides;
A light in the window
Of my true home;
A reminder
Of where my heart is

Now,

at the bright hearth of your affections,
I warm my soul and say a prayer.
